IP Centric Law specializes in intellectual property and technology licensing, as well as general corporate matters, including commercial agreements.

I work closely with you, or your business team or general counsel to provide practical solutions, approaching legal problem-solving from a business perspective.

One can be a jack of all trades but not an expert in all areas. If there is ever a question in an area outside of my expertise (such as a finer point of tax law, for example), I will suggest a trusted referral and will work closely with them to get the job done.

Based off-site, I make on-site visits upon request. Where appropriate, I also schedule periodic on-site visits in order to maintain my relationship with the management team through face-to-face meetings.
